How long do cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are home-made without preservatives. For this reason, they should be eaten within one week of receipt. They can be frozen and thawed to keep them fresher.

Do your cookies contain nuts or other allergens?
We do have some flavors of cookies that include nuts. We cannot guarantee that the other flavors of cookies have not come in contact with a nut cookie in our baking facility. There are some ingredients in our cookies such as wheat, eggs and sugar that may be adverse to someone with an intolerance. All cookies are produced on shared equipment in contact with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy and wheat.

Do you have sugar free cookies?
Yes, we have a diabetic friendly manitol based chocolate chip cookie.

Can and how do I order a custom bouquet, gift basket or cookies?
Some of our cookie bouquets and gift baskets can be special ordered. We also have custom cookies that we can add your company logo, specific text or any image you would like on them. You will need to email or call with your request for availability. The price may vary and the time necessary to make them varies
.
What is your turnaround time on custom cookies?
Our turnaround time on custom cookies varies depending on the time of year and the quantity you have chosen. It is best to email or phone us for the current lead times.

Do you add new items to your site?
We are continuously adding new items to our site.
 
Do you ship outside the United States?
We are not currently shipping outside the United States and some of our products incur an extra shipping fee to Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO addresses. Each product specifies on it's page if there is an additional fee.

Where can I find your shipping rates?
Our shipping rates are shown in order checkout. At this point you choose which way you would like your package sent. We will email you an order tracking number once your package has been sent.
 
When can I expect my package to arrive?
We ship ground shipped orders out in 2-3 business days (M-F). Your order can take up to 5-7 days to reach the recipient depending on where the package is being sent to. If you need the order to reach the recipient sooner there are Priority 2 to 3 day and Express 1 to 2 shipping options. If the order is received by us by 12:00 pm EST the order will ship that day. If the order is received by us after 12:00 pm EST it will ship the next business day. Shippers do not ship on most Holidays, therefore your order would ship the next business day.

Once your order leaves our facility we are NOT responsible for how long it takes for delivery times, unless choosing 2nd Day or Overnight shipping (weather permitting). We use reputable delivery companies but delays and mishaps can and do occur. Please see Shipping and Returns page.

Do you take checks?
We do not accept checks. This prolongs the shipping process because the checks need to clear the bank before your package can be delivered. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

Is your Ordering Secure?
YES, We are AuthorizeNet Secured: This website can secure your private information using a AuthorizeNet SSL Certificate. Information exchanged with any address beginning with https is encrypted using SSL before transmission. Security Metrics: We are tested weekly to ensure that high security standards are maintained. Maintaining high security standards significantly reduces the risk that this site will be compromised by malicious attacks.
